These Terms govern the provision of training services, course access, licensing and permitted use of learning materials. Where a purchase is completed through Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record and authorised reseller, the purchase transaction is also governed by the applicable Paddle Buyer Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

3. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Calibration Training means the professional training services and online learning platform operated by e-Consilio B.V. through calibration.training.
Purchaser means the individual or organisation purchasing a course, whether for personal use or for one or more designated learners.
Learner means the individual authorised to access and complete a particular course.
Self-Paced Online Training means an online course delivered through the Calibration Training learning platform, allowing a learner to complete the required learning activities at their own pace during the applicable Access Period.
Course Licence means the limited, personal and non-transferable right granted to a designated learner to access and use a particular purchased course in accordance with these Terms.
Access Period means the period during which the designated learner is entitled to access a purchased course. For individually purchased Self-Paced Online Training courses, this period is twenty-four (24) months, commencing when the course is first made available to the designated learner.
Learning Materials means the videos, presentations, documents, exercises, quizzes, demonstrations and other educational content supplied as part of a course.
Merchant of Record means the party acting as the seller of record for the relevant purchase transaction, including responsibility for payment processing and applicable transaction-related obligations under its contractual arrangements.
4. Courses and Training Services
Calibration Training provides professional training in calibration, metrology, calibration software and related technical subjects.
The content, learning objectives, intended audience, prerequisites and any relevant technical requirements of each course are described on the corresponding course page.
Self-Paced Online Training is delivered through the Calibration Training online learning platform. Learners can access course materials and complete learning activities at their own pace during the applicable Access Period, subject to the course requirements and these Terms & Conditions.
Calibration Training may also provide or arrange other forms of professional training, including Live Online Training, On-Site Training and Classroom Training, as well as related consulting and implementation services.
Such instructor-led training and professional services may be offered under separate quotations, agreements or commercial arrangements, including arrangements involving Fluke Calibration or authorised distribution channels.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, those separate services are not included in the purchase of a Self-Paced Online Training course and are not automatically governed by the online course purchase provisions of these Terms.
5. Course Purchases and Payments
Self-Paced Online Training courses are offered for a one-off purchase price.
The applicable course price, any relevant taxes and the selected course will be presented to the purchaser before the transaction is completed.
Online purchases made through calibration.training are processed by Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record and authorised reseller under its applicable contractual arrangements.
The purchase transaction is subject to the applicable Paddle Buyer Terms, including provisions relating to payment processing, taxation, billing and refunds.
Calibration Training is responsible for providing access to the purchased course and delivering the associated training services in accordance with the applicable agreement.
Purchasing an individual Self-Paced Online Training course does not create a recurring subscription or automatic renewal.
Should Calibration Training introduce subscription-based products in the future, their specific pricing, renewal arrangements and additional terms will be communicated before purchase.
6. Personal Course Licences
Each purchased Course Licence is intended for one designated individual learner.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, a Course Licence is personal, non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, sublicensed or used by multiple individuals.
Where an organisation purchases training for its employees or other designated learners, each participating learner must have their own authorised learner account and an appropriate Course Licence.
Purchasing one individual Course Licence does not entitle an organisation to provide course access to multiple employees or other individuals.
Group purchases and enrolments for multiple learners may be arranged separately, subject to availability and the applicable commercial arrangements.
The rights granted under a Course Licence are limited to access to and permitted use of the purchased course and its Learning Materials during the applicable Access Period. Ownership of the course content and associated intellectual property is not transferred to the purchaser or learner.
7. Course Access Period
Each individually purchased Self-Paced Online Training course includes twenty-four (24) months of access for the designated learner.
The Access Period begins when the purchased course is first made available to the designated learner through the Calibration Training learning platform.
The applicable commencement date and expiry date of the Access Period will be communicated to the purchaser or learner through the learning platform or other appropriate means.
At the end of the Access Period, the learner's entitlement to access the purchased course and its associated Learning Materials expires, unless an extension or new entitlement has been expressly agreed.
A one-off course purchase does not automatically renew and does not create any recurring payment obligation.
Any certificate issued for the course will remain available for viewing or downloading through the learning platform only during the remaining Access Period. After the Access Period expires, the certificate will no longer be available for viewing or downloading through calibration.training.
Expiry of access to an individual course does not automatically require termination of the learner's account or affect any other valid course entitlements held by that learner.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights or remedies arising from failure to supply the agreed digital content or services or from a lack of conformity.
8. Learner Accounts and Account Security
Learners must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating and using their accounts on the Calibration Training learning platform.
Each learner is responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential and taking reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access.
Learner accounts are personal and may only be used by the individual to whom the account has been assigned.
Learners must not:
- Share their account credentials with another person.
- Allow another individual to access or complete training using their account.
- Sell, lend or transfer their account or course access without authorisation.
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent course access restrictions, security measures or licence controls.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts, courses, personal data or systems.
Learners must notify Calibration Training without undue delay if they become aware of, or reasonably suspect, unauthorised access to their account.
Calibration Training may apply reasonable technical and organisational security measures to protect learner accounts, course content and the learning platform.
Where a security incident or suspected misuse occurs, Calibration Training may take proportionate measures to protect affected accounts and the platform, subject to applicable law and the provisions on account misuse in these Terms.
9. Account Sharing and Misuse
Unauthorised sharing of learner accounts, course licences or access credentials is prohibited.
Where Calibration Training has reasonable grounds to suspect serious misuse of an account or Course Licence, it may investigate the circumstances and take proportionate measures to protect the learning platform, its users and the associated Learning Materials.
Such measures may include temporarily restricting access to the affected account or course where reasonably necessary.
Before a final decision to terminate course access is made, the learner will normally be given an opportunity to explain the circumstances, unless immediate action is reasonably necessary to address an ongoing security risk, prevent further misuse or comply with a legal obligation.
Where a serious violation of these Terms is substantiated, Calibration Training may suspend or terminate the affected course access, subject to applicable law and the rights of the parties under the relevant agreement.
Where termination is lawful and results from serious, substantiated misuse, the purchaser or learner is not automatically entitled to a discretionary or goodwill refund.
Any mandatory statutory withdrawal rights, refund entitlements, conformity rights or other legal remedies remain unaffected.
Calibration Training may pursue reasonable and proportionate remedies available under applicable law where misuse causes demonstrable damage or infringes its intellectual property rights.
10. Course Progress and Completion
Self-Paced Online Training courses may include video lessons, presentations, practical exercises, quizzes, assessments and other learning activities.
The completion requirements for each course are determined by its published course structure and the applicable settings of the Calibration Training learning platform.
Learners are responsible for completing the required learning activities and assessments in accordance with the instructions provided for the relevant course.
Successful course completion requires the learner to satisfy all applicable completion criteria, including any mandatory lessons, assessments and minimum passing grades specified for that course.
Where a course includes a certificate of completion, successful completion of the course establishes eligibility for that certificate, subject to the certificate issuance conditions set out in Chapter 11 and the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Completion of a course does not automatically constitute professional accreditation, regulatory authorisation or a qualification awarded by an external certification body, unless expressly stated and substantiated in the relevant course description.
11. Certificates
Where a Self-Paced Online Training course includes a certificate of completion, the certificate is issued to the designated learner who has successfully satisfied all applicable course completion requirements.
A certificate will not be issued, made available for viewing or released for download until at least fourteen (14) calendar days have elapsed from the date of the relevant purchase transaction.
Where a valid withdrawal request, pending refund or unresolved cancellation affects the relevant course entitlement, certificate issuance may be withheld until the matter has been resolved.
Once all applicable completion and issuance conditions have been satisfied, the certificate may be made available through the Calibration Training learning platform.
Certificates are personal to the learner and must not be altered, falsified, transferred to another individual or used in a misleading manner.
The issuing organisation, course title and nature of the certificate will be identified on the certificate or in its accompanying description.
A certificate of completion confirms that the learner has fulfilled the stated requirements of the relevant course. It does not automatically constitute professional accreditation, regulatory authorisation or certification by an external professional body unless expressly stated and substantiated.
Issued certificates remain available for viewing or downloading through the learning platform only during the remaining twenty-four (24) month Course Access Period.
After expiry of that period, certificates will no longer be available for viewing or downloading through calibration.training. A certificate legitimately issued and downloaded before expiry does not become invalid merely because platform access has ended.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory statutory rights or remedies available to the purchaser or learner under applicable law.
12. Intellectual Property and Learning Materials
All course content, training videos, presentations, documents, exercises, quizzes, software demonstrations, graphics and other Learning Materials made available through Calibration Training are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The intellectual property rights in these materials remain with e-Consilio B.V. or the respective third-party rights holders.
Purchasing a course grants the designated learner a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the included Learning Materials for their own educational purposes during the applicable Course Access Period.
Unless expressly authorised in writing or permitted by applicable law, purchasers and learners must not:
- Copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish or resell Learning Materials.
- Share course videos, presentations, documents or other protected materials with unauthorised third parties.
- Record, download or otherwise capture streamed course content where such activities are not expressly permitted.
- Make Learning Materials available through file-sharing services, public websites or other distribution channels.
- Modify, remove or obscure copyright notices, trademarks or other proprietary information.
- Use Learning Materials to create or distribute competing training products without the necessary permission.
Where Calibration Training expressly provides downloadable materials, learners may download and use those materials for their own educational purposes, subject to any additional licence conditions communicated with the materials.
Purchasing a course does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to the purchaser or learner.
Third-party trademarks, software, technical documentation, product names and other protected materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion in training materials does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation unless expressly stated and authorised.
Nothing in these Terms restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory exceptions to intellectual property protection.
13. Technical Requirements
Learners are responsible for having access to suitable computer equipment, a compatible web browser and a reliable internet connection that meet the technical requirements communicated for the relevant course.
Self-Paced Online Training courses are delivered through the Calibration Training online learning platform. Access to the platform may require an internet-enabled device, supported browser functionality and the ability to play video and other digital learning materials.
Where a course requires specific software, operating systems, licences, instruments, interfaces or other equipment, these requirements will be identified in the relevant course description before purchase.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the purchase price of a Self-Paced Online Training course does not include third-party software licences, measurement instruments, computer hardware or other equipment required for practical exercises.
Learners are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required third-party software licences and equipment, unless these are expressly included in the purchased course or provided under a separate agreement.
Calibration Training will provide the purchased course and learning platform services in accordance with the applicable agreement and mandatory legal requirements.
Any technical requirements, compatibility limitations or restrictions that are material to the learner's ability to access or complete a course will be communicated before purchase where required by law.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits mandatory statutory rights or remedies relating to the supply, functionality or conformity of digital content and services.
14. Course Availability, Updates and Changes
Calibration Training aims to provide reliable access to purchased Self-Paced Online Training courses throughout the applicable Course Access Period.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, software updates, technical faults, security measures or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Calibration Training.
Where reasonably practicable, planned maintenance that may materially affect course access will be scheduled to minimise disruption.
Calibration Training may maintain, correct, improve and update course content, Learning Materials and platform functionality during the Access Period.
Updates may include corrections to technical information, changes reflecting new software versions, improvements to learning materials and adjustments necessary to maintain the security, functionality or conformity of the digital learning services.
Calibration Training will not intentionally remove essential purchased course content or functionality in a manner that materially reduces the agreed training service without an appropriate contractual or legal basis.
Where changes materially and adversely affect a learner's access to or use of a purchased course, Calibration Training will comply with applicable notification requirements and any mandatory rights or remedies.
Calibration Training does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the learning platform. However, this does not limit its obligations to supply the purchased digital content and services in accordance with the applicable agreement and mandatory legal requirements.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits statutory rights relating to non-delivery, lack of conformity, required updates or other mandatory remedies.
15. Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refunds
Consumers purchasing Self-Paced Online Training courses may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen (14) calendar days from the conclusion of the relevant contract, without giving a reason.
The availability, exercise and possible exceptions to this right depend on applicable law and the legal classification of the digital content or services supplied.
Where a consumer requests access to a course before the end of the statutory withdrawal period, this does not automatically mean that the consumer loses their right of withdrawal.
Any statutory exception relating to the commencement of digital content delivery applies only where all applicable legal requirements have been satisfied, including any required prior express consent, acknowledgement and contractual confirmation.
Purchases completed through Paddle are subject to the applicable Paddle Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record, handles payment-related withdrawal and refund requests in accordance with its contractual obligations and applicable law.
Calibration Training provides assistance with course access, functionality and delivery issues and may refer purchasers to Paddle for transaction-related withdrawal or refund requests.
Calibration Training does not offer an additional voluntary money-back guarantee for Self-Paced Online Training courses beyond applicable contractual and statutory entitlements.
Where a transaction is validly withdrawn from, cancelled or refunded, the corresponding course access may be terminated in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.
Business purchasers do not automatically benefit from statutory withdrawal rights reserved for consumers. Any applicable business cancellation or refund arrangements are governed by the relevant agreement and mandatory law.
Further information is provided in the separate Cancellation & Refund Policy, which should be read together with these Terms and, where applicable, the Paddle Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory statutory withdrawal rights, conformity rights, rights to reimbursement or other remedies available under applicable law.
16. Business Purchases
Organisations may purchase Self-Paced Online Training courses for their employees or other designated learners, subject to the applicable purchasing and enrolment arrangements.
Each participating learner must have an individual learner account and an appropriate personal Course Licence.
A business purchase does not grant the purchasing organisation an unrestricted right to share course access, learner accounts or Learning Materials among multiple employees or other individuals.
The Purchaser is responsible for providing accurate billing and purchasing information and, where applicable, the information reasonably required to identify and enrol the designated learner or learners.
Where an organisation wishes to purchase courses for multiple learners, group enrolments or other purchasing arrangements may be agreed separately, subject to availability and applicable commercial terms.
Customised training, instructor-led training, consulting, implementation services and other professional services may be subject to separate quotations, agreements and contractual conditions.
Purchases completed through Paddle are also subject to the applicable Paddle Buyer Terms, including the relevant payment and transaction provisions.
Business purchasers acting in a professional or commercial capacity do not automatically benefit from statutory withdrawal rights reserved for consumers. Any applicable contractual cancellation or refund rights and mandatory legal protections remain unaffected.
Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Support
Calibration Training provides support relating to access to purchased Self-Paced Online Training courses and the operation of its online learning platform.
Support may include assistance with learner accounts, login difficulties, course access, learning progress, assessments, certificates and technical issues directly related to the learning platform.
Learners may submit support requests through:
Support: https://calibration.training/support/

Calibration Training will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve reported issues within an appropriate timeframe, taking account of their nature and severity.
Support is provided within the scope of the purchased training service and does not include an unconditional guarantee of immediate resolution or continuous, round-the-clock availability.
The purchase of a Self-Paced Online Training course does not automatically include:
- Installation, configuration or troubleshooting of third-party software on the learner's own systems.
- Installation, maintenance or repair of measurement instruments or other equipment.
- MET/TEAM or MET/CAL implementation and consultancy services.
- On-site technical assistance or personalised instructor-led training.
- Unlimited individual technical consultancy or a separate professional support membership.
Additional technical support, consulting, implementation or instructor-led training services may be offered under separate quotations or agreements.
Nothing in this section limits Calibration Training's obligations to provide the purchased digital content and services in accordance with the applicable agreement or any mandatory statutory rights and remedies.
18. Privacy and Personal Data
Calibration Training processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable.
Personal data may be processed for the purposes of creating and managing learner accounts, providing access to purchased courses, recording learning progress, administering assessments, issuing certificates, providing customer support and fulfilling applicable legal obligations.
The categories of personal data processed, the purposes and legal bases for processing, relevant service providers, applicable retention periods and the rights of individuals are described in the Calibration Training Privacy Policy.
Where online purchases are processed through Paddle, Paddle processes personal data in connection with its role as Merchant of Record, in accordance with its own applicable privacy information and legal responsibilities.
Calibration Training may use third-party service providers to operate and maintain its website, learning platform, communications and related services, subject to applicable data protection requirements.
Where consent is required for a particular processing activity, such consent will be requested separately in accordance with applicable law. Acceptance of these Terms does not constitute consent to optional marketing communications or non-essential cookies.
Individuals may contact Calibration Training regarding privacy-related questions or the exercise of applicable data protection rights at:
Email: privacy@calibration.training
Further information is available in the Calibration Training Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights granted to individuals under applicable data protection law.
19. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Purchasers and learners may submit complaints concerning course access, course content, training delivery, learner accounts, certificates or the operation of the Calibration Training learning platform.
Complaints and support requests may be submitted through:
Contact: https://calibration.training/contact/
Support: https://calibration.training/support/
Email: support@calibration.training
Calibration Training will assess complaints fairly and within a reasonable timeframe, taking into account the nature of the complaint and any applicable legal obligations.
Where reasonably necessary, Calibration Training may request additional information to investigate the complaint and identify an appropriate resolution.
Calibration Training will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints directly with the purchaser or learner.
Complaints relating to payment processing, billing, statutory withdrawal or refunds for purchases completed through Paddle may also fall within Paddle's responsibilities as Merchant of Record and should be addressed through Paddle's applicable customer support and dispute procedures.
Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties retain their rights to pursue any remedies available under the applicable agreement or law.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights, access to competent courts or other dispute resolution mechanisms available under applicable law.
20. Liability
Calibration Training is responsible for providing its Self-Paced Online Training courses and associated learning platform services in accordance with the applicable agreement and mandatory legal requirements.
Calibration Training will exercise reasonable care and skill in preparing, maintaining and delivering its training services and Learning Materials.
The training content is intended for educational and professional development purposes. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the purchase of a course does not constitute an individual assessment, certification of professional competence, or a guarantee of any particular operational, technical or commercial result.
Learners remain responsible for assessing the suitability of the training content for their own professional circumstances and for applying acquired knowledge in accordance with applicable safety requirements, technical procedures, manufacturer instructions and relevant standards.
Calibration Training is not responsible for failures or interruptions caused exclusively by equipment, software, networks or services outside its reasonable control, except where responsibility nevertheless arises under the applicable agreement or mandatory law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Calibration Training is not liable for indirect or consequential business losses, including loss of profit, loss of revenue or business interruption, arising from the use of its training services.
For business purchasers, Calibration Training's aggregate contractual liability arising from an individual Self-Paced Online Training purchase shall, to the extent permitted by applicable law, be limited to the amount paid for the affected course.
This financial limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including in cases of intentional misconduct or deliberate recklessness where such exclusion is prohibited.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies for non-delivery or lack of conformity, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Any separate consulting, implementation, instructor-led training or professional services are subject to the liability provisions of the applicable separate agreement, where such provisions have been validly agreed.
21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and the contractual relationship between e-Consilio B.V. and the relevant contracting party, to the extent governed by these Terms, are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Where a purchaser qualifies as a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive the consumer of mandatory legal protections applicable under the laws of their country of habitual residence, where such protections apply.
Disputes arising from these Terms or the provision of Calibration Training services shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise, including applicable consumer jurisdiction rules.
Where a purchase is completed through Paddle, the separate contractual relationship between the purchaser and Paddle remains subject to the governing law and jurisdiction provisions of the applicable Paddle Buyer Terms.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights or access to courts or other remedies available under applicable law.
22. Changes to these Terms
Calibration Training may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in its training services, business operations, contractual arrangements or applicable legal requirements.
The current version of these Terms will be made available on the calibration.training website, together with its effective date.
Changes to these Terms will not automatically apply retrospectively to existing course purchases or remove contractual rights acquired under an earlier version.
Where a proposed change materially affects an existing contractual relationship, Calibration Training will comply with any applicable requirements concerning notification, consent and the rights or remedies of the affected purchaser or learner.
The version of these Terms applicable to a particular purchase will be determined by the terms validly agreed at the time of that transaction, subject to any subsequent amendments validly agreed or permitted under applicable law.
Calibration Training may retain previous versions of these Terms for administrative, contractual and evidential purposes, subject to applicable data protection and record-retention requirements.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits mandatory statutory rights or protections.
